Shipping policy

Currently shipping within Canada & the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and where the item is being shipped to. 

I'm happy to offer Peterborough pickup* for all orders placed at this time. Please choose pickup as your delivery method at checkout to waive shipping fees. I will email you within 2-4 business days to arrange a time to retrieve your ceramics. Pickup is by appointment only.  

*Please do not select pickup if you do not plan to arrive within the next 10 business days.

You will have up to 10 business days to pick up your order. If this time period is exceeded, I will refund your purchase cost minus a 25% restocking fee. 

Example:
Order total $100 - $25 Restocking Fee at 25% = $75 Refunded to customer

Processing time

Preparing your order for shipping or pick up takes place on Thursdays to be shipped out on Fridays. For details on your order feel free to email steapedslow@gmail.com.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
