Meet the maker.

This is a business born out of passion for clay, slow made goods and intentionally living life at a slower pace in a fast moving world. Sara Scheuermann is the hands, heart and soul behind the wheel at Steaped Slow Ceramics. She's been playing in the mud all her life and spinning it into beautiful pottery for over 20 years. She creates from her home studio in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
